What a visit covers
The six decisions we help you make
Layout & flow
Where the table goes, how the seating faces the fire or the view, and the walkways you need between pieces.
Fabrics & finishes
Sunbrella and solution-dyed fabrics, frame finishes, and tabletops — matched to your siding, decking, and trim.
Shade & shelter
Market and cantilever umbrellas sized to the table, or a Sunesta awning measured for your deck.
Fire & warmth
Fire tables, heated seating, and patio heaters that stretch the season from early spring into late fall.
The hearth inside
Stove, fireplace, and insert selection with real installed pricing from our online configurator.
Budget & phasing
Good, better, and best options at every price, and a plan you can build in stages instead of all at once.
Three simple steps
How it works

Consultation
We start by getting to know you — your space, your style, how you like to entertain, and your budget. Bring photos, measurements, or just your ideas, and we'll take it from there.

Design
Our team helps you choose the right furniture, fabrics, and finishes to bring your vision together. We'll suggest layouts and pieces that fit your space and complement your home.

Final result
You walk away with a plan you love — and a space that feels like it was made for you. When you're ready, we handle delivery and setup so all that's left to do is enjoy it.
A typical 16 × 20 deck: dining for six under an 11-foot umbrella, a sectional and fire table for the evening, and a clear 36-inch path from the door. Every piece is drawn at true size — the dashed rings are the breathing room each one needs.
Before you visit
Bring what you have
None of it is required — plenty of plans start with a napkin sketch. But the more of this you bring, the more we can settle on the first visit.
- Rough measurementsLength and width of the deck or patio, plus doors, steps, and railings.
- A few photosStraight-on shots of the space and of the house behind it — siding, trim, and decking color help us match finishes.
- Where the sun goesWhich way the space faces and when you use it most tells us how much shade you'll want.
- How you entertainDinner for six, a crowd around the fire, or quiet mornings with coffee — each one plans differently.
- A comfortable budgetA range is plenty. We'll show you what it buys and where it's worth stretching.

Outside and in
The details that finish a space

Tabletop, rugs, and accents
Shatterproof dinnerware, outdoor rugs, pillows, lanterns, and planters — the layer that turns a furniture set into a room. We'll pull the pieces that tie your fabrics and finishes together.

The hearth, planned the same way
Stoves, fireplaces, and inserts get the same treatment: we match the front and finish to your room, size the heat to the space, and show installed pricing up front. Build one online or bring a photo of the wall.
